I’m so thrilled to now be offering Slow Stitch Workshops!
The workshops came about from my passion that Hand Sewing can massively help you to unwind and de-stress through the practice of Mindfulness.
There’s a saying ” Busy hands, calm mind” and this is my motto for every session that I run!
Slow stitching is like a form of meditation and can really help to improve your mental health when practiced regularly.
Catering for complete beginners, we will create beautiful hand sewn items from vintage materials.
Come alone or with friends, learn a new hobby and techniques and enjoy a few hours of creativity with like minded people!

I currently run my Workshops in 5 venues throughout Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas:
The Haven, Above Dreamcatcher Leek, Getliffe’s Yard, Leek, ST136HU – on third floor of a building and so not accessible for all.
Endon Village Hall, Station Road, Endon, Stoke on Trent, ST99DR- fully accessible.
Keep It Local Shop, Exchange Shopping Centre,Longton, S-O-T, ST32JA- on the first floor therefore not accessible for all.
The Glost House, King Street, Longton,ST31EZ – accessible for all.
Artisanity, Glebe Farm, Astbury, Congleton, CW124RQ (Please do head over to their website to book at this venue- www.artisanity.co.uk)- accessible for all.
Each month has a workshop theme that runs through all of the venues.
